Treatment Philosophy

As a professional counselor, it is my privilege to meet you where you are. I am here to understand both your difficulties and hopes, and join you as you work towards meaningful change

Whether you are grappling with emotional discomfort, relational hurdles, or behaviors hindering your path, I am committed to fostering a safe therapeutic space where hope can flourish amid life's trials.

I specialize in supporting children & adolescents, and adults, facing personal or relational challenges, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, personality disorders, and issues rooted in family dynamics.

Throughout my career, I have gained experience working with individuals across the lifespan. However, my passion lies in journeying alongside adolescents and young adults, recognizing their unique needs and challenges.

Approach to Therapy

In our sessions, I embrace a relational approach to counseling, valuing every emotion you bring. Here, all feelings are not only welcomed but encouraged, as we work collaboratively to explore, heal, and empower you to become who you aspire to be.
