Treatment Philosophy

I use a holistic approach that draws upon the principles of family-systems, cognitive-behavioral, and client-centered theory. I believe that individuals are deeply influenced by their family dynamics, which play a crucial role in shaping their psychological well-being. By understanding the intricate web of relationships and communication patterns, I aim to address not only the individual's issues but also their systemic context. Additionally, cognitive-behavioral techniques provide practical tools for identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors that may be contributing to emotional distress. Lastly, my client-centered approach underscores the importance of empathy and creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, ultimately empowering them to make meaningful changes in their lives. This integrative approach guides my understanding of clients and informs my therapeutic strategies to facilitate their personal growth and well-being.

Approach to Therapy
